Shipping

We ship from the Netherlands. Orders leave within 24 hours on working days; nothing ships at the weekend.

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking.

Delivery time

In the Netherlands your order reaches you within 3–5 working days after shipping. That timeframe doesn't apply to other countries; email info@aloramoda.nl if you'd like to know in advance how long delivery to your country takes.

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: €4.95. Free from €50 (the amount after discount) or from 4 items.
  • Other EU countries: €12.95.
  • Outside the EU: €19.95. We ship to a limited number of countries outside the EU; if your country is available at checkout, we can deliver there.

You'll always see the shipping costs at checkout, before you pay.

Import duties outside the EU

If you order from outside the EU, customs may charge import duties or local taxes. If these aren't already calculated at checkout, you pay them on delivery.

Wrong address?

Email info@aloramoda.nl within 12 hours of ordering and we'll still change it.

Delayed, lost or damaged

Your parcel is at our risk until it has been delivered. Taking longer than expected, or nothing arrived? Email us and we'll look into it right away. Damaged or wrong item? We pay for the return and the replacement shipment.
