Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind. Within that period you may cancel the purchase without giving a reason.

How to return

Email us at info@aloramoda.nl with your order number and the items you want to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form at aloramoda.nl/retourneren.
You'll receive the return address by email within one working day.
Pack the items securely and send them to that address yourself. You have 14 days after notifying us to send the product back; keep your proof of postage.

What can be returned

All accessories, within 14 days of receipt.
Unworn, complete and in original condition. You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a shop. If the product has lost value because it was handled more than necessary, we may charge for that loss in value.
Exception: jewellery delivered sealed for hygiene reasons (such as earrings) can't be returned once the seal is broken. This only applies to products that were actually delivered sealed.

Costs

You arrange the return yourself and pay for that shipping.
Wrong or damaged item? Then we pay for the return and for the replacement shipment.

Refund

Within 14 days of your withdrawal we refund the full amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid for delivery. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or you have shown that you've sent it back. We refund using the same payment method as your purchase.
